Build a passion for human performance and paddling, leaders that stay in paddling through a structured training program which builds participants increase in mobility, strength, endurance, reactive, and movement training. This training is for athletes that want to train 6-8 times a week. Ages 16-20.
IMPORTANT - The scheduled days will change to Monday - Thursday once the water (May) is opened on Schwatka Lake.
Prerequisite: must get coach approval to participate
3-4 days/week Cross-training for 10 weeks April 9 - June 7 = $250
